Hi got an Astra H 2006 1.4 sxi problem I got no throttle response vehicle idles fine but won't rev above 2k rpm, I change throttle body no difference, I change pedal, no difference, clean egr vavle no difference. Car was driving fine then suddenly lost all throttle response. Could this be an ecu issue, I got fault code throttle lower position not learned and this code won't clear. Please any help would do

Yea it's on top of gearbox bolted to inlet manifold and engine but you will need security codes for both ecus

Thanks I got maxisys pro aslo I had a second hand ecu, but if I put it on the car scanner won't scan engine as ecu not reconise. Will the maxisys pro be any good in this situation or I need specialist equipment? & thanks again

Not sure about the Maxisys pro as I only have mine about 6 weeks and I use OP Com to do it, but I'm sure it can do it, you need the VIN No: of the Donner part to get Security code from Vauxhall to divorce/reset the Donner ecu then you need the Security code for your car to remarry the ecu to your car, I would assume you go into engine first on your Maxisys pro then reset ecu put in security code of Donner ecu. Then go to immobiliser function enter your car security code then programme ecu to car
